Delivery
We ship in the UK and NI Only
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receipt of cleared payment, however during very busy periods and holidays, your order may take up to 5 working days to be dispatched.
Our delivery charge is a flat rate regardless of the size of the parcel throughout the UK (including the Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands) and Northern Ireland. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
We cannot combine separate orders for you, unless you contact us by email, and we confirm that we can do this for you. Orders that are already in the packing stage cannot have any additional items added to the order.
We must be notified of any undelivered orders within 20 working days of you placing your order. We cannot accept claims for missing orders after this period. Please note that Royal Mail do not consider an item to be lost until it has been undelivered for 13 working days from the due delivery date, this is for items sent within the UK. Please note that this time scale is set by Royal Mail, not ourselves.

*Royal Mail 24 (UK) - £4.75 - (Approx arrival 1-2 days after shipping)
*Royal Mail 48 (UK) - £3.75 - (Approx arrival 2-3 days after shipping)
Free Postage Option - UK
Royal Mail Free Delivery is available to UK Mainland Address's on orders of goods over £35.00, you can choose this option by selecting it from the postage options when checking out. If selecting this option your order will ship Royal Mail 48 standard post.
RM48 - £35.00+ Free
Please make sure that you have entered the correct shipping details. In the case of an incorrect address and the parcel being returned to us, you will be liable for the cost of the re-delivery.
Our Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident about shopping at Procrafynation. If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, we will try to put the matter right. Please contact us at info.procraftynation@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order with any issues.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at the above email and we will send you a pre-paid returns label if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If you return any items, please re-package the goods securely, preferably in the original packaging, and send them back to us within seven working days of the date the items were delivered to you.
Refunds take 2 to 3 working days to be processed from ourselves.
All of our returns are handled by Royal Mail only.
